Todd A. Knauer received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Alfred University in 1970 and earned his J.D. degree from Cornell University Law School in 1973. For a period of twelve years after graduation, Mr. Knauer was Assistant General Counsel for Revere Copper and Brass Incorporated, a Fortune 500 non-ferrous metals company headquartered in New York City, with operations throughout the U.S. At Revere, Mr. Knauer handled mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, and a broad range of general corporate and real estate matters. Mr. Knauer entered private practice on Long Island in 1985 and joined the firm in 2002. His practice areas include banking law, commercial loan financings, business and corporate law, and real estate. He has represented and continues to represent banks, businesses and real estate developers in a broad array of commercial matters.

Mr. Knauer is a member of the Advisory Board of First American Title Insurance Company of New York. He is active in the Cornell University Alumni Association and is a member of the Cornell Club of New York City.

Mr. Knauer is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk and Nassau County Bar Associations.
