David H. Pearl earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the City College of the City University of New York in 1963 and his Master of Science degree from Queens College in 1971. While continuing to teach Social Studies in the Port Jefferson School District, Mr. Pearl earned his J.D. degree magna cum laude from Touro Law Center in 1994. Since joining the firm, he has applied his extensive knowledge of schools, as well as collective bargaining, gained from 20 years as president of the teachers’ union, to the practice of law, handling education, civil rights, contracts, and other commercial cases.

Mr. Pearl is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and all New York State and New Jersey State courts. He is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
