Francisco Augspach earned his first legal degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and his L.L.M. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Mr. Augspach began his legal career in the private practice of law in a firm where he had vast exposure to real estate law, and afterwards became clearance counsel for Federal Standards Abstract, Inc., a major title agent in the New York City Chinese community.
Having had studies and working experience in Argentina, Germany, and New York, and within the Chinese community, Mr. Augspach is particularly sensitive to the nuances of interpretation, understanding, and mind-set of differing backgrounds. Mr. Augspach joined the firm in 2006. His practice focuses on real estate, business, and finance. His articles have been published in the Real Property Law Journal, for the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Augspach is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He is fluent in Spanish and German, and possesses working knowledge of French.
