Christina A. Wilcox
Christina A. Wilcox is a partner of the firm concentrating in the areas of wills, trusts and estates, commercial and residential real estate purchase, sale and finance transactions, commercial and residential leasing, and adoption. Ms. Wilcox is a certified Guardian ad Litem and has extensive experience in estate planning as well as handling probate, adoption and administration proceedings. She has frequently lectured on various topics in real estate forums sponsored by lenders and real estate brokerage firms. While in law school, Ms. Wilcox was a Regional Finalist as a National Trial Advocacy Team Competitor and the Moot Court Winner of Individual “Argue On” Competition. During her undergraduate studies, she was a Principal Violinist of the Chamber Orchestra, an Equestrian Team Competitor and member of the New York Public Interest Research Group. Ms. Wilcox is an active participant and has served the local community as a volunteer and member of the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County, The Hauppauge Youth Organization, the Hauppauge Athletic Association, the Hauppauge Swim Club, the Hauppauge Soccer League, and the New York State and Hauppauge Parent Teacher Associations. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and all New York State courts and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Trusts and Estates and Real Property Sections of the New York State Bar Association.
